BADDIES is a creator management company. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

When you submit a creator application we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number (optional), date of birth, country, social media profiles and handles, the platforms you currently post on, whether you are currently managed, your approximate audience size, what you are looking for from management, and how you heard about us.

We also record your confirmation that you are aged 18 or over, and the date and time your application was received.

For security and abuse prevention we store a one-way salted hash of the IP address the application was submitted from. We do not store raw IP addresses.

We do not ask for, and you should not send, explicit content as part of an application.

To assess your application and decide whether to offer representation; to contact you about your application; to keep a record of applications we have received; and to protect the application form from spam and automated abuse.

Where UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, we rely on your consent (which you give by submitting the form) and on our legitimate interest in assessing applications and preventing abuse of our systems.

We use third-party service providers to operate this website and process applications. Application records are stored with our database provider, and notification emails are sent through our email provider. These providers process data on our instructions.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share application data with other creators or with the public.

Application records are retained while we consider your application and for a period afterwards so we can revisit applications as our roster develops. Security hashes used for rate limiting are short-lived.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict our use of your personal information, to object to processing, to withdraw consent, and to request a copy of your data in a portable format.

This website and our application process are intended for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

Application records are stored in a database that the public website cannot read. Submissions are validated and written server-side. No credentials or keys used to access application data are exposed to your browser.
